very heplful
My only complaint is that I had a hard time understanding what the representative was saying, due to her accent. It's very important that the customer and the Rep. communicate clearly.
Very easy
The experience has been pretty smooth, but I hate having to talk to people on the phone, so having to call someone to ask about the price for "guaranteed pickup day" was annoying, and that information could have just been made available online
