Very easy process from start to finish.
James was nice enough to let me use an old/expired quote (that was much lower than the current rate) but needs to work on his tact. His use of phrases such as "Like I already said..." (or something to that effect) was very off-putting. Montway's system of online chats to set up orders is very customer friendly, but is undercut when your staff doesn't know how to talk to customers.
