The booking process was great. Easy to deal with. The trucker who took the order was easy to talk too...BUT.. the original estimated time of arrival was a Monday. Arriving three days early and at 10pm was a bit of a scramble. I understand the "fine print" of a contract etc etc.... but I recommend you do not plan a life around the pick up date or the delivery estimate. Just sit and wait. Other than that, my vehicle arrived in good shape. That was the main concern.
