Jason Mathias was very responsive. His patient attitude and willingness to answer all of my questions helped me pick Montway over other auto transport companies that I looked at. Just a warning for first time users, the trucker needs at least 80 ft of straight road and plenty of space to load and unload your car - I met mydriver at a Target parking lot since the roads at my apartment were too narrow.
Joe - my sales rep - was very helpful and efficient. Confirming specific pick-up times and drop-off times is very difficult and requires multiple phone calls, but ultimately they take good care of your vehicle and it arrives safely. This was my second time using them and I would use them again.
