used montway before...everything great,,till the trucker backed into 3 cars....but will try again..lol....stuff happens

Pretty easy and straightforward.
The trucker was good once dispatched. As far as Montway, I think they should not take your deposit until they actually dispatch a trucker. Subcontracting out truckers does not always take the 1-5 days as they state when booking.
