I am a return client from last winter season. The on line process included many more requests including getting picture of rubber flaps in from of from tires. When I returned with requested pics and ground clearance data the customer rep had signed off. There was also a very strong push for someone other than me to be a backup in case pick up schedule must change. I will deal that at the time but not provide an alternate at this time. More complicated than in the past and seemingly necessarily so.

Not as clear on scheduling . They told us it will take time to find a trucker but then immediately they have availability but unfortunately we were not ready within a window of 1 hour so had to rescheduling . Otherwise it was a quick delivery experience.
