there needs to be a box for special requests Montway knew that there was a local carrier CJ near us who had trucks that load to go south every Wednesday. That means we paid a broker fee for Montway to set up a local carrier. They did not tell us detailed information or give us options. They would not tell us when the car would be picked up within even a couple days in conversations for the first 6 days. The car was finally picked up 9 days after I paid in advance for the services. I have used Montway before to move across the country From CT to AZ and my car arrived sooner than expected which was great! It took about 5 days. Also, nothing was stole from my vehicle. I packed my truck and back seat with personal items which made it very easy for move to make my move across the country.
Quote was immediate and placing the order was quick and painless. Car was picked up, shipped, and arrived with no problems. Driver remained in communication.
