Ruben is the very best customer service person of any company I have ever dealt with, and I have worked with private and work related customer service for 40 years! You are extremely lucky to have him. I would hire him with my company in a heartbeat if he ever asked, and I am the Director of Human Resources.
So easy to book! Only confusion was that an agent failed to call to confirm the rebooking. I expected a call as an agent had called to confirm the initial booking. The lack of a call confused me and the person releasing the vehicle and we had little time to confirm that the rebooking was genuine.
