Booking was easy and people where friendly. Car was supposed to be booked for 5 days earlier then it was. They called and wanted more money to pick up. Driver was very nice and responded to texts... but was 3 days later then what was told. In his defence, hurricane Aida happened and roads were closed down. Unfortunately we could not do 2 days of our plans since we kept waiting for driver. I believe he was very optimistic... ie he said he would be there in the morning, but didn't show till almost 7pm. Everything progressed exactly as the company said it would. The chat session to answer my questions was quick and helpful. On both ends, pickup and delivery, the driver was ahead of schedule and handled things so well. I would definitely recommend Montway!
My order is still pending. It has not been completed.
