People in the reviews are being ridiculously over critical. Carol was a gem, very patient with my constant badgering and questions and clearly a very knowledgeable, no nonsense shop. Came in for a service and an engine emergency, they were very understanding of my budget and worked with me to get things resolved and come up with a service plan. Very reasonably priced. Also they vaccumed my front mats which was just very nice of them. Highly recommend this business, thanks guys 🫶🏻
Call 3 weeks ago and this was my first experience.. Ring up to get a quote the lady at reception is extremely rude shouldn't be working in customer service if you are that rude I will never go here to get anything done or get another quote. Dropped in on my way past as my car muffler was making an awful sound. Greeted by Graham and another mechanic who were amazing ! They immediately put my car up on the hoist, checked it over and showed me what was actually wrong then gave me a fair quote to fix it. It's refreshing to deal with good people, who do a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommed using them for any muffler or suspension issues.
WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE. As far as service goes, theirs rates very poorly. Gutted with the incompetence of this business. Received an sms to say the car was ready, walked in and in Graham's words they "went terribly and will have to charge double". Did not do what was agreed to, yet still charged $190. To reiterate, I engaged you to reinstall the resonator only if you could remove the muffler. You couldn't remove the muffler yet still put the resonator back on. Not what we agreed to. Awful experience. Carol is very rude and doesn’t really know what she is talking about. There was a hole in my exhaust and I asked if I could bring back in to see if we could weld it or fix it up a bit but just got cold shoulder and asked me to come mid October. Never coming back
