My first experience there as an emergency was not good and I gave a not so great review of the vet - I did not appreciate her attitude at all- I appreciate her skills as a vet but found her quite rude and cold . The make tech was awesome though - two thumbs up for him. My second visit as another issue cropped up stemming from the original was much better - again a female vet but this one was much nicer and I appreciated that as I was $900 into all the vet visits by then and super worried about my baby. I can not say in words!! My heart is full!! 🤗 How my "little Archie" and I felt!! You are absolutelly the BEST!! Tech- Travis..& Dr. Riechlinger...you both gave to me & Mr. Archie, so much comfort to know I did what was best for my furry friend. I have taken all my cats and dogs (my babies) to Moore Lane for years. Have always had a great deal of respect and thanks to everyone that works there. And after having to put down my grumpy kitty of almost 16 yrs, I can't even express how thankful I am for how compassionate they have all been! She was my first baby and the respect and care I received from Moore Lane was above and beyond what you would expect from a veterinary service.
