I was happy they had a large enough unit on short notice. Even better that it was a unit super close to the entrance and they provided a free lock. Unit was large enough to store 3 bedrooms worth of things. A month after I put things into the unit, I found a new home and began taking things out of the unit little by little. The storage unit was clean when I moved my stuff in, and the facility is very secure. Customer service at this facility is top notch. The only time I had an issue, the manager dealt with it right away and I've been a happy customer ever since. Thank You!! I would definitely recommend!
I had an issue with my credit card being hacked from someplace else and I changed it with moving in, but I guess they never changed it. Whoever I spoke to. George was great. He explained everything to me what happened and we fixed it all. I just want to say it was a pleasure dealing with George. Thank you
Moove In provided a safe, clean, well-maintained facility. The system is set up for little dependence on personnel, but when they were required, the staff (e.g. Heather) was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you. I will definitely use Moove In again for my storage needs.
I have been using MooveIn since 2021 and have always had great customer service. I had a problem with my bank card not processing my payment. I stopped in today on my way home. George the Property Manager took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks again George for your friendly service.
