I was happy they had a large enough unit on short notice. Even better that it was a unit super close to the entrance and they provided a free lock. Unit was large enough to store 3 bedrooms worth of things. A month after I put things into the unit, I found a new home and began taking things out of the unit little by little. I’ve had such a good experience with Moove in Self Storage. The rental process was really easy, and access is so convenient. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

Storage unit is still infested with mice. It’s been a month since it was found and management was notified. Nothing was done. No phone call back to us about it. Moved 80% of belongings into new apartment. And we found holes in the couch. Behind the couch, pieces of couch, they are making a nest. My kids and I are sitting on a mouse nest every day and now bringing mice into the complex. The couch is trash now. Extermination and new couch and beds are needed asap. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The storage unit was very clean and maintained. All in all a great experience for a first time storage unit renter
