Paul was so accommodating! We called very close to closing time as we needed a last minute storage shed after driving across country. He stayed late to accommodate us, brought us bottled water, was very kind, and did not rush us. When we got to the unit, the storage shed was clean, large, and well maintained. Highly recommend!
Paul is the best! I've had my storage unit at Moove In for years and Paul has provided excellent customer service whenever I have needed it. Super well-maintained and clean facilities, and reasonable prices for climate controlled indoor units. I wouldn't trust any other facility with my stuff.
Considering a storage unit? Paul Glatz, Property Mgr., & his company will provide you w/the unique, personalized customer service that is impossible to find these days! They will ensure that you receive the best rates possible for your storage needs. I recently had a major change to my account. Mr. Glatz immediately noticed the change & resolved the issue. Then he reached out to me (on his personal time) to advise me of the resolution! I have never experienced such AMAZING customer service!!!
I needed a back up plan in case we couldn’t find a house before our lease was up in New York. I am so glad I chose to use the Moove In location in Verona. My unit was easy to access, the customer service I received was always top notch (thank you Paul!!), and the location was perfect! 10/10 would recommend!
DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE !!! They will rip you off and try to keep your belonging unless you pay for time you did not use !! I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone !!!!
