I used this company before I moved out of state and they super nice and helpful the whole time. when the day came for me to move out it was super easy and hassle free. I called to let them know a semi truck was coming to move my stuff and they had no problem with anything! highly recommend them!

Ms Jay- was Phenomenal is helping me with my Transition from my old apartment to My new Location in Stroudsburg. She was very professional and efficient - and even assisted me with finding a better fit for my things, as I needed more space than I expected. Very good experience!
Needed to downsize my storage, and found a much lower monthly fee on their website. I was about to ask why my fee wasn't lower, but Miss J had already adjusted it without me having to ask. It's refreshing to deal with people who care about their business and don't take the customer for granted.
Move In Self Storage was very accommodating, and was able to provide a spot for my RV to be stored. Miss J was nice and worked hard with my spot.
