I am extremely grateful to Jenna at iStorage. She was indispensable in finding an amenable solution for me when I experienced a series of customer service issues at the Stroudsburg location. She was courteous, efficient, and empathetic in helping me. She quickly found me resolution and went above and beyond to not only rectify the issues I was having but also ensure they didn’t happen again! When it comes to customer service, she deserves 5 stars.
Good facility. Rented two units for 4-6 months. No issues with access or security. The front office is not always open but they respond promptly. I did get a rent bump after 4 months but that is typical.
WOULDNT ALLOW US TO ACCESS OUR PROPERTY AT 1:30PM ON A SATURDAY. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We have a 5th wheel RV camper we needed to park somewhere while we’re trying to sell it. The property manager who my husband dealt with when parking our camper at their foxtown hill road location in stroudsburg placed us on an extreme hill that my husband backed into. Was on site to make some roof repairs. Sam was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Made my job a breeze, highly recommended!
Absolutely recommend. Chris was very friendly and helped find a storage spot that worked for us. This facility has the best prices around.
