RecommendedAfter I called to confirm the day before my move I learned that they didn’t have my reservation. However the representative got me a locker at a lower rate.

Absolute worst customer service at the jonestown location, I have tried for 4 days to gain access to my unit that I unfortunately lost the keys to. They do not return phone calls and when they finally did, I was told they would assist me the next day, next day came and again I was NEVER contacted even after calling and leaving numerous messages. I will never recommend this storage facility!!! Horrible experience.
