My husband and I moved into Moove in Self Storage December 2024. Tina was the wonderful representative who was there to assist us from start to finish. She got us all set up, provided us with quality, friendly, courteous service and to this day, she still offers the same level of support and assistance. Tina is very knowledgeable and customer service is her top priority! She answered all my questions from size of unit based on my belongings, pricing and units for me to decide. Tina shown me units available and how to access entrance etc move in was smooth and easy to access storage unit. The move in self storage facility is very clean and easy to access !
A few years back, I rented an outdoor unit from this company and was incredibly impressed with their customer service. Fast forward a couple of years, and I needed a temperature-controlled unit to protect my belongings from the cold. When I reached out to inquire about available options, their team was extremely helpful and set me up with a fantastic unit at a great price. The experience was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the service and support provided. Highly recommend!
We have had a great experience with the storage facility. It was simple, straightforward, pricing, easy to reserve a spot, easy to move in. We even got a call from Jarad that they noticed our lock wasn’t completely engaged, telling us to stop by and make sure it was secure. I love the idea that they do a walk-through every day. Tina was also wonderful to work with thank you. Moove in self storage! Highly recommend
