Mooved in the location in Telford recently and it was such a good experience for me. The customer assistant was responsive and answered my questions thoroughly. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. The facility and driveways are spacious and clean. I always smile when seeing the welcome sign at the entrance. It's humorous and playful..
Beware!!! If you are a new customer they will try to increase your rate after 3 months. My monthly bill is now an additional $50! I was told verbatim, every 5-12 months the rate increases. My rate increased by 18% for my stuff to just sit there? This is very disappointing. My rate is ‘under review’ currently.
The young woman who assisted me on the phone, Sandy, was awesome in resolving my issue and very polite. Units are clean and easily accessible. Good security. Good people!
Very easy folks to work with, extremely friendly and the price is reasonable. Not a lot of paperwork or red tape. Entire process took about 10 minutes or so. Very good experience!!!
