The move in experience was very easy thanks to Art, the property manager. He got me set up quickly when I let him know that I was in a pinch and needed storage space. He even stayed after hours to get me registered and able to use the unit asap! The unit was clean and spacious. Definitely planning to use them again during the next big renovation project

The move-in and move-out process was very smooth. The staff was very responsive (although they do have somewhat limited hours, they were good at replying to voice messages). There were some maintenance issues for a while (the keypad on the rear door was still not working on my move-out date and hasn't worked in months), but overall Moove-In seems to be getting the issues sorted out, and I expect things will be fixed in a reasonable time-frame.
Moove in Self Storage-Waterfront and especially Art, the property manager, were great to work with. Art was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The storage property is very clean, organized and secure. It was easy to move things in and out. The carts were conveniently located to help move items. I highly recommend this storage property.
The Manager, Art, has been fantastic. And it's a very clean and secure location. Temperature controlled, and very nice units. Highly recommend!
