Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sue Ann provided great insight and pointed me to the Fredericksburg, PA location special offer of same size unit at less cost 😉 Next day I returned and Scott helped complete necessary steps to set us up with a 10 x 15 in Fredericksburg. The absolute best was arriving at the rural farm land location and having complimentary olfactory Holstein farm scent filling the air to go with the Moove In logo 🤫😏😁😄
So far I have had a great experience here, a very friendly team, thanks to Scott and Suann who have very kindly helped me a lot.
Great communication and always helpful with any issues I have. They return my call within minutes most times of me leaving/emailing with questions ... I never have to wait 24/48 hrs like with most other places. They are also so very kind and polite ... they are a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend!!!
Ever since Moove In bought them out prices keep jumping up even though they promised they wouldn't. Excuse is they are still competitive with others in the area. That's fine but be honest. Tell people we are going to take as much of your money as we can.
Price is a lot higher than what it used to be the key card tap system they had before worked fine they switched over to the key pad pin haven't had any issues
