Renting from here was a nice experience, it was easy & every staff employee was open to listening to your needs and offered their help in multiple ways. Highly recommend storing here. Hours are great to access when you need to. The only feedback I would have is that upon moving in about 3 months later rent spiked up. So I ended up switching units to stay within my budget but staff were extremely helpful! I had the best experience renting at this storage facility. I've rented quite a few storage units through PA and new jersey and had a great experience with the store manager sandra. There were a few obstacles that needed to be taken care of for this move in, and she was more then accommodating to help.
I recently contemplated removing my belongings and taking them to another facility due to rising rates. I stopped by the office and spoke with Sandra about my situation. She was very understanding and professional. She took my concerns to upper management and called me within a couple of hours with a resolution. Thanks to Sandra and her immediate response I am keeping my belongings here and will recommend this facility to others. Sandra was beyond helpful and provided exceptional service. Thank you!
We are new to the area and Sandra did a great job making us feel welcomed and finding the right size storage unit. It was such a great price and it’s a really nice spot too.
I have had my one unit since November 2024 - I did the rental agreement online on a Sunday night and the next day everything was set and I drove in with my code they emailed me along with the unit # and have had no problems at all. I just rented a larger unit last night and the process was again simple online.
