I recently contemplated removing my belongings and taking them to another facility due to rising rates. I stopped by the office and spoke with Sandra about my situation. She was very understanding and professional. She took my concerns to upper management and called me within a couple of hours with a resolution. Rented storage locker online Jan 12th. They advertised locker at $185 month and free month. I was billed $199.34 . I tried to call multiple times and no one returned my call. On Feb 2nd I was billed $247. 08 and again called and left another message. No return call. Again billed $247.08 for March, April and May. Again we call trying to reach someone and no return calls.
