I started receiving late payment notices for my A&L storage unit from an unknown entity. Phone numbers were either answered in ?Spanish? or were not returned.After trying several different numbers I spoke with a guy that wanted to know why I didn't respond to the "Welcome Packet" I never received one. He then instructed me to take my payment to their office at Bateaux Lane in Rome NY. There is no office in Rome, NY. But the payment demands kept coming.
