I started receiving late payment notices for my A&L storage unit from an unknown entity. Phone numbers were either answered in ?Spanish? or were not returned.After trying several different numbers I spoke with a guy that wanted to know why I didn't respond to the "Welcome Packet" I never received one. Property has cameras with no backup dvr, therefore people's stored property that is stolen is not recorded. No investigation is possible. Leadership is woke and will cancel you based on hearsay to meet their agenda. There are better options in the area that are more secure and care about their patrons.
