With so many storage companies to pick from I had a difficult time figuring out which one was good for my buck. I called around asking questions to all the companies, but Moove in self storage got all my check marks. If you're looking for a great storage unit, this is the place to go and ask for my buddy Dave. He's a very professional and attentive and has great customer service. I would recommend this storage place to everyone.
Have had a great experience renting here for years. The building is secure, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful whenever I've needed assistance or information. Much better than some other storage facilities I have rented from in the past. Can't recommend enough!
Jenn is fabulous! Very professional! We came in unsure about what size to get for our personal belongings and she offered to show us what unit would work best for us! She explained everything perfectly and is just the sweetest. Everything was quick and EASY!! Thank you so much!
Total sham since ownership changed. Since they took over in July they have given 2 price increases, with no response on my inquiry as to why. The new management company suggested a military discount then told me I don't qualify for it, as I'm no longer active. I've not seen any employees physically at the facility since july. The phone number goes to an off-site call center with non helpful disassociated employees. Jenn at the Lewes Moove In Storage totally came through for me big time. Great customer service and she went out of her way to make sure I could access my unit when I had lost my code. So thankful for her help and couldn’t say more about her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
