Have had a great experience renting here for years. The building is secure, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful whenever I've needed assistance or information. Much better than some other storage facilities I have rented from in the past. Can't recommend enough!
With so many storage companies to pick from I had a difficult time figuring out which one was good for my buck. I called around asking questions to all the companies, but Moove in self storage got all my check marks. If you're looking for a great storage unit, this is the place to go and ask for my buddy Dave. He's a very professional and attentive and has great customer service. I would recommend this storage place to everyone.
I’m extremely disappointed with the recent rate increase, especially since it was done without any prior notification. My card was charged the higher amount without warning, which is completely unacceptable. When I reached out, I was told a letter had been sent—but it was returned, despite my address being correct from the beginning. Random, unannounced rate hikes and poor communication are not how loyal customers should be treated. This experience has forced me to look elsewhere.
The staff of Moove in Storage, has gone above and beyond ALL expectations and Hope's. My home , and " OTHER" , pocessions and responsibilities are kept there presently. David and his wife Lisa, are guiding me while navigating this TURBULENT economic time. I am out of state presently, on a major detour in life.
