I have had great experience with Moove In Storage in Franklin! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels really secure with their surveillance system. The manager has been incredibly helpful and friendly every time I've needed assistance. Thanks for making the storage process easy to manage.
Absolutely the worst self storage to rent from . Highland storage was on the ball with any issues at hand . Once moove took over , all down hill. Gate issues all the time . Answer blamed on the wind . Lockout out . Gate stays open half way blocking entrance to get in or out . Will not accommodate you for your time , but are more then happy to charge a late fee Total cost for a 10'x20' is almost 390 a month . Other places, same size with insurance cost 230 . Call around first . I do not recommend this place . High prices lat... read more
I've always been impressed with how maintained the units are. The property is clean and drive up access makes storage trips a breeze. Any questions I have are always answered. Easy and convenient storage place!
I'm giving Moove In Storage in Franklin 5 stars after the manager helped me sort out a billing confusion I had. I misunderstood some details about my payment schedule and was worried about late fees, but Tim patiently explained everything and helped me clear the issue right up.
The price increases are outrageous. I have three 10x15 units and getting charged 295 a month. When highlands owned it, it was wonderful. Now with the new ownership the a/c in building D has not worked on one side for 2 months. It is always 78 or higher on the side past the fire doors which affects ONE of my THREE units and ultimately makes it no longer climate control, but they have no problem hiking up the pricing.
