The price increases are outrageous. I have three 10x15 units and getting charged 295 a month. When highlands owned it, it was wonderful. Now with the new ownership the a/c in building D has not worked on one side for 2 months. It is always 78 or higher on the side past the fire doors which affects ONE of my THREE units and ultimately makes it no longer climate control, but they have no problem hiking up the pricing. This was probably the easiest and most friendly process I've ever had to rent a unit. The front desk staff were polite, helpful and a joy to interact with. 5 star customer service without a doubt! Theresa & Joe you guys rock!
Great communication with staff on site, so far no complaints. Rate is great. Clean facility
Total shitshow . Old owners,were the best . Moove sucks . Locked out cant go to work . Changes hours . Don't know why ... no one is ever there working . Open till 2 on Saturday but closed at 1 . They raised their rates. Then changed gate access hours6 am - 10 pm . Was 24 hours .
It is unfair that new ownership can gain a high rating based on the ratings of the past owners of a business. The average rating as of June 2024 is based mostly on reviews of old owners who left as of May 1st. They were exceptional and kept the facility beautiful with reasonable rates and increases. The new ownership is not. Immediately, within the first month, they cut 24 hour access and sent letters for extreme increases in rent. My increase was around 27%. Less service, for much more money.
