Mrs. Amanda is absolutely wonderful! The facility where my unit is located was sold and Mrs. Amanda became our manager. She had to negotiate a difficult ownership transfer while dealing with multiple people and did all that with humor, grace, kindness, and professionalism. She is an incredible asset to the company and community.

Mrs Amanda freeman was excellent. She was very helpful in answering every question i had for her. She didn't make me feel like I wasn't important no matter what i asked or needed she smiled and was very polite.

Moove In Self Storage that operates the Rome, NY locations is awful. One would think that after acquiring facilities in Rome that they would be responsive. The fact is they are not. Amanda out of PA that has charge over Rome is very unprofessional and critically unresponsive. We moved out of our unit and have called, emailed (2x) and still have not been able to get a move out receipt.
