The management here is great. Helpful and excellent with answering any questions that I had about my unit and financing. Straight forward and convenient.
The two staff members I interacted with when opening and closing the unit account were friendly and professional. The entire place is meticulously clean. Would give it 5 stars if the price didn't jump up after the intro rate period.
My experience here was effortless and easy. Price was great and customer service was on point. Never felt like anyone was upselling me, it was super easy to close out my locker when I didn’t need it anymore.
