It's a clean, well-kept, secure facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they helped me through an issue with ease. The prices are reasonable, and, after the recent ownership change, the prices are even more reasonable.
Had previously left five stars and a glowing review a few years back. New owners have since taken over, staffing has changed and it doesn't seem as though anyone really knows how things work. I'm giving it some time to see if it all irons out.
Super helpful customer service. Debbie went above and beyond, finding me a better unit than the one I reserved; calling me to let me know of a potential hiccup in my gate code (only because I ended up coming in a day earlier than planned) and making the "contactless" sign-up process super easy. Also, a very competitive fair price for my unit as I definitely comparison shopped before deciding on Easton Storage. Highly Recommend!!
Was a good place till I lost everything! I am a handicapped had hard times getting there ! But then I never got any notifications about me bin going up for auction! It was the previous guy that ran it !
A great place to store some stuff. The staff really looked after me A+++ I’ll be back!
