This is THE place for storage! Friendly, responsive, caring service up front. Clean, spacious facilities and great carts for moving lots of stuff. I had a mix-up with a reservation and a single phone call with someone at the office took care of it! I love the branding too. Who doesn't love cows??
There are better options elsewhere in the area. The company increased the price multiple times within one year. I used to pay around $70 per month for a 5x10 unit, now I am paying $110 per month.
Sorry but worst storage experience ever. Left us stranded with full truck and could not open gate. Quick to take our money, but four weeks later, no refund.
I was very satisfied with the customer support I received from Tanya Vaitovas at the easthampton office in Massachusetts she was very understanding kind and caring I rarely see that kind of customer service the way she presented her self was like she owned the company very knowledgeable respectful she does a great job this is my third time dealing with her and every time she is very professional kind and caring sincerely Luis laureano
