Absolutely amazing experience as far as storage needs go. Everything went smooth and flawless . Setting up a unit is simple and checking out of the unit is even easier. Very clean units and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice and they treat you with respect. Heather has an extremely positive personality and more people like that are needed in customer service. Will come back if storage is needed again.
Remember customer service from the 90's, when people cared and listened and didn't constantly try to upsell you? Heather at Moove-In in Dover/Shiloh is bringing it back! She greeted me with a smile, listened to my needs, and got me exactly what I needed in under 15 minutes. Great new facility, lots of indoor units, and a solid value!
Super friendly and knowledgeable. Process start to finish is thorough and quick. Heather and Angel both took care of me and even kindly kept my 10x30 unit reserved until we finalized on my return 5 days after I signed on to be a customer. Super clean and well lit.
Came in and out of here a few times the past few weeks helping customers in my line of work at Wherley Generations Moving and Storage, Heather and her staff have always been helpful to the folks my team and I are helping with their relocation situations, a nice clean place, and the cooler temps on these warmer days is a great feature!
Heather was super helpful today getting us set up for a storage . She went the extra mile showing us our options and explained everything the best way making it easy ! Overall the best service! Super friendly and professional. Also this storage is huge and camera protected I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
