They are more about themselves as a business to make money and they clearly show that they don't care about nor respect their customers. When ever they make changes they never notify me. When I call them it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of someone. When I do they insist that they sent us updated info in the mail which I have never ever received. Awful customer service. EXTREMELY disorganized. The “manager” lacks common courtesy. Wouldn’t recommend giving them any time of day.
Fenced and video surveillance assures security. Easy access with passcode. Clean, drive-up access to storage units. No access after 10 pm.
Seems safe, havent had any problems. Been here for years with no issues
