I came in to get my 2 auction units I won today and this place was the best place to do business with. The owner and the other guy was so nice and so helpful. Very nice and friendly. Both of them will keep you laughing when they are both together. Great customer service.. I definitely recommend this place to everyone..
The absolute BEST in terms of customer service. A couple of days ago, my spouse and I went up there for a unit. We both agree 100% that our time and money would have been wasted elsewhere. The boss (Paul) was honestly a legend with how much he helped us out. If anyone needs storage, look no further than right here.
These guys are so helpful and responsive to customers. Rates are fair & reasonable. Very clean and attractive place and safety is important to them. They reinvest into their property. I feel confident storing my belongings there in NC while I am in NY.
Clean, safe, well lit. They have direct access keypad 24/7 plus an app if you don't want to roll down your window. Plenty of parking for rv's, boats, etc.
An awesome facility!! The owner and the staff of the facility go Way beyond the call of duty when it comes to their clientele. The has a lot to offer security, customer service, the amazing staff. If you are in need of a storage facility that has nice grounds, top notch security and staff that are always there to lend a helping hand in any way possible if you need it..
