I saved so much money switching my units to More Storage. Great New storage facility in Riverhead, clean and spacious, the units are big with high ceilings and friendly staff. I'm telling everyone I know to switch to More Storage.
We had been looking for a climate controlled self-storage facility near the east-end of LI to store the contents of the house we recently sold. Seamless move-in experience and fantastic customer service. We moved from a large chain with terrible service, unpredictable rate hikes, and a dirty, damp, and poorly managed facility. I was impressed from the get-go with More storage. Nothing beats dealing with the owner of a .business. The facility is brand new and beautiful and clean. The spaces are exactly as advertised. I hope to one day not need this much storage, but as long as I do, this is where I will be!🤣
Found this storage unit local to my father's home while he was moving. The gentleman, Mark, (staff) has been wonderful from the second I walked in! Knowledgeable about all units and prices and each time I come To drop off my items he comes outside and assists me w my storage and even brings the cart up and down the elevator for me! And the new owner, Sharon, is so friendly and welcoming as well! Grateful to have found a local storage with local owners and great staff! Thank you again, Mark!
I had long ago given up hope of finding a clean, well-priced, storage unit close to the North Fork until recently finding More Storage. It met and far exceeded any expectations I had. A beautiful new facility, very secure, and the owners are extremely kind and helpful. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
