This is a mom and pop storage facility, which is so rare and comforting. The owners know their customers (not anonymous or sketchy) and they are accommodating and kind. The facility is very clean and temperature controlled. The prices are reasonable and not a scam like so many storage units in the area. Sharon the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable too. They will work with you based on your needs. Great experience overall!
Wonderful customer service! Sharon and the team are a pleasure to work with. Storage units are very clean, atmosphere is climate controlled, and easy access is had to the unit even on the off hours. The prices can't be beat!
I saved so much money switching my units to More Storage. Great New storage facility in Riverhead, clean and spacious, the units are big with high ceilings and friendly staff. I'm telling everyone I know to switch to More Storage.
Sharon & Adam were more than helpful with assisting me in my stressful moments with moving. Not only did I reserve one unit (done online) when I arrived I realized I could use a different unit that suited my needs more. Adam produced a new contract within minutes and my move seemed a lot less stressful today. Thank you to the both of you for your attention and help that you gave to me.
Convenient and safe storage space. I work out of the area often & it’s always pain to have drag all of my equipment across the highways. Reasonable prices too, responsive customer service. Highly recommend
