The young lady that waited on me was exceptional I got my storage unit October 2nd @2::30pm I forget her name…..but she was great she’s a keeper very helpful.

I was charged $70 wrongly because the employee did not ask me if I had unsurance. He then charged me the right amount and said I would get a refund to my card from the initial mischarge. I have not yet been refunded and my emails are being ignored. I even contacted my bank and they told me that the company has not issued my refund.
