Do not, under any circumstances rent from here. Our climate controlled storage unit was robbed of everything. They just now placed keypad handles on the climate control hallways. Prior, there was nothing stopping someone from walking into the climate control buildings after following someone in through the gate. (Possibly the only Morningstar property to NOT have these extra keypad codes yet with knowledge of constant break ins) The gaps above these units that allow air to pass through are so unnecessarily large that a man w... read more
Kaila was super helpful and made us feel very comfortable and confident to use their facility. She even came out to help us when we were having trouble unlocking our unit the first time! We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing storage!
I'm a former employee. The place is well kept and clean (especially this location).The company is supportive to its staff and provides the funds and resources to continue making the store great with new fresh coat of paint, updated 4k security cameras, and other new security features. The flower bed looks great and the signs are funny. There are many dodgey storage unit but this one is safe and family friendly. Steven was great! Went in 20 mins before close he showed us different size storage unit without rushing I definitely recommend Morningstar storage! fast efficient customer service experience.
I've had no personal experience with storage units, & had heard nothing but horror stories about public storage. But, the people at Morningstar are truly amazing, & have made this process go as streamlined & simply as is possible!! They're very accommodating as needs change, as well. 5 stars, for sure!
