I have utilized this storage facility for over a year and my locked dump trailer was stolen from the site recently. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT, LIABILITY IS ON THE OCCUPANT OF THE SPACE AND NOT THE OWNER OF THE SITE. It is my understanding that the gate was left open for several days and the company has not cooperated with providing camera footage to assist in the investigation of the theft.
