I have utilized this storage facility for over a year and my small businesses locked dump trailer was stolen from this facility. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY.According to the contract , ALL LIABILITY IS ON THE OCCUPANT. The gate was left open for almost a week in which time my trailer was stolen. They have not assisted in the investigation to the point it’s been over a month with out having the security footage turned over to the police.
