Kind, knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and expedient in processing a storage unit. The interior of the building was clean, no clutter, and they had efficient equipment to assist with moving multiple items at once. A secure building, even using the elevator requires a code. Impressive.
We were lured by the facility's good location and a low price, guaranteed for 12 months. First, a few comments about the property itself: as of March 29, 2025, all of the on-site fire extinguishers had failed inspection tags, with a failure date of March 6. The certificate of operation for both elevators expired a year ago - on March 31, 2024. Client and property safety is clearly not the owners' priority or concern. We rented 2 5X10 storage units. I really tried to give these guys my business. I was interested in a business unit and needed some clarification on a few things. I emailed them multiple times, no response. Called multiple times, put on hold and nobody ever came to the phone. I wonder if anyone even works here.. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but its been several days with no response or call back. Totally unprofessional
Updated 10-14-2024 MorningStar Storage had a fire in one of the units on the 5th floor in around 10-09-2024. Management have yet to contacted the surrounding unit owners to advise them of soot and smoke smell damage. We are very disappointed. Please see pictures. Morningstar made my moving so much easier! First, their customer representatives Kevin and Edward are informative, friendly and efficient. They helped me choose a storage, showed me around the facility and processed the paperwork in no time. They were amazing to work with and reduced my stress levels immensely.
