As of 6/23/26, Morningstar Storage on 529 in Katy, TX has rats. They will tell you they have pest control on the property but can’t legally do anything about INSIDE your unit but that other people bring rats and to “take your own measures of pest control and make a claim for your damages”. They are friendly convenient and always sends me a reminder when I'm late on my payment which I have a reminder in still forget so shameful but thank you so much I appreciate you guys always!!!
Excellent facility, affordable, clean, great security and management. Been a customer since 2008 to present and I have had no complaints or problems. Plus, they pay you for referrals. The manager, Karen, makes a point to get know her renters and she runs a fair and honest business.
