Very professional, Lauren and Christina both were polite and patient with me as I struggled through the paperwork. They gave me the impression that they liked their jobs, and today that is very refreshing. I highly reccomend, and can't say enough good about my visit! Let me add, last night I received a call from Kelly at Dr. Morrell's office, and she continued my very good/great experience! Awesome job everyone!
My appointment was with Lauren. She took the time to explain my situation and she gave me options for treatment. She listened to my concerns and was as gentle as possible while giving my injections. I feel that I am in good hands with her and I do not hesitate in recommending her.
They cancelled my daughter's appointment without even notifying me. We showed up for the appointment and that's when they told us. They said they tried to call, but I was out of town and never had a missed call. They didn't leave a voicemail or attempt to call back to say the appointment was cancelled. When I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail they tried to claim that my voicemail was full or not set up, which is ridiculous, because I had plenty of voicemails all week during my trip. I visited their office for my first appointment. The wait wasn't too long. Once I made it to the back. I was in and out. My PA Elyse was very knowledgeable of my condition. My visit was pleasant.
Busy office but the office staff are great. They are fast but are attentive. I feel I was Elise's (Sp?) pirority while I was with her. She answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. I would recommend this office for any of your needs.
