Where to begin... the best part about this complex is the maintenance team, which are super cool people. Other than that, this company will nickel and dime you for every single penny they can with no remorse. Whatever they quote the base rent, add an extra $200 on fees. Even if you want to opt out of the services that those fees go towards, they provide zero wriggle room. The grills are terrible and work maybe half the time. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. From the leasing team to the amazing maintenance team they've been nothing but a huge help to us. Really grateful we ended up choosing them.
Lived here for about a year, not a fan. Appliances have all had problems, like every single one. Location is nice, but for the price you can probably find something better in the area.
It is a great pleasure to call Morrison Chandler our home. Everyone on staff have been professional and caring to our needs. Maintenance especially are always ready to assist us with any problems in the apartment. We especially would like to thank Damian for being Johnny on the spot whenver we need maintenance. My husband and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years. I some how stumbled upon the 3.8 rating last night and went down the rabbit hole reading all of the negative reviews and I'm honestly STUNNED!
