We've been here almost 3 years now and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! We enjoy the grounds and taking walks with our little ones. Aside from the leasing office staff the Maintenance team does great job with following up on request. Damione is usually around on the golf cart and is always willing to stop and answer questions, I can remember a time I needed him to take a look at something in my apartment and he stopped in the middle of doing something else to help me. Live here!! You won’t regret it! The grounds are clean, the apartments are up graded, and the apartment staff is fabulous! Nani was five stars of amazing! I asked her a million questions, I visited the complex multiple times and Nani was available to help and assist every time! She was kind and so communicative! Felt like home and the process was easy and amazing! I give the entire complex and staff 5 stars plus to live in downtown Chandler you won’t find anything cheaper. Call Nani and book a tour! This is your next home!!!
Stayed at The Morrison Chandler since January. The community is pleasant with a great atmosphere. The pool area is inviting and a fantastic place to relax with their outdoor tvs and cabanas. My number one issue with any apartment complex is the response time to maintenance requests. The maintenance and front office team were timely whenever an issue arose no matter how small the concern.
