Nani is amazing, she's the reason why anyone would wanna live here. She is so welcoming and so knowledgeable of everything at this community. She went above and beyond as well as drew such as constant emails and phone calls. When you step in here you feel welcomed. It's clean all around and the fixtures are superb, a 10 for the prices you pay.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after what happened, I have to speak up. Over the weekend, my A/C went out for 2.5 days — in Arizona. My apartment got well over 100°F inside. I reached out to the front office multiple times and was met with nothing but indifference. They eventually brought me a portable A/C, which only made things worse and wasn’t even properly sealed all the way. I had to put tape over the window just to keep some of the heat out. We recently moved in late May of this year. I cannot stress how understanding and responsive Drew and the whole office staff were. We needed a place quick and they delivered!! I've lived here for about 4 months with my girlfriend and we love how safe the complex feels no matter the hour. The location is so awesomely located near the mall and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I love this place.
We have lived here almost two years and our experience is amazing! The front office has great communication, we always receive a response. Maintenance is also 5 star! Which makes our living here even more great. There is occasional bugs but they are handled promptly. The property is clean and very well maintained. We also have security who walks through the parking lot, the one bad thing is that they don’t answer calls very fast, but it’s A pretty safe quiet complex. Nani with the leasing staff is the most amazing!
My husband and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years. I some how stumbled upon the 3.8 rating last night and went down the rabbit hole reading all of the negative reviews and I'm honestly STUNNED! I've been living in apartments for about 10 years so I'm pretty familiar with what's normal and what isn't normal and I have to tell you... some of the reviews I read made me literally LOL.
