Been living here for a few months now and loving it! Starting with the maintenance crew, they are amazing, my sink was leaking and Damione made sure it was fixed within a few hours of putting in the maintenance request. Nani in the leasing office is incredibly sweet and was very transparent throughout the move in process. Nani the leasing office was so helpful and great she goes beyond expected. She help me from the day that i applied till my move in day. The only thing that my complaine is that the apartment wasnt ready no dryer and the apartment wasnt clean at all. Where to begin... the best part about this complex is the maintenance team, which are super cool people. Other than that, this company will nickel and dime you for every single penny they can with no remorse. Whatever they quote the base rent, add an extra $200 on fees. Even if you want to opt out of the services that those fees go towards, they provide zero wriggle room. The grills are terrible and work maybe half the time. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. From the leasing team to the amazing maintenance team they've been nothing but a huge help to us. Really grateful we ended up choosing them.
My husband and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years. I some how stumbled upon the 3.8 rating last night and went down the rabbit hole reading all of the negative reviews and I'm honestly STUNNED!
