I normally don’t leave reviews, but after what happened, I have to speak up. Over the weekend, my A/C went out for 2.5 days — in Arizona. My apartment got well over 100°F inside. I reached out to the front office multiple times and was met with nothing but indifference. They eventually brought me a portable A/C, which only made things worse and wasn’t even properly sealed all the way. I had to put tape over the window just to keep some of the heat out. We have lived here almost two years and our experience is amazing! The front office has great communication, we always receive a response. Maintenance is also 5 star! Which makes our living here even more great. There is occasional bugs but they are handled promptly. The property is clean and very well maintained. We also have security who walks through the parking lot, the one bad thing is that they don’t answer calls very fast, but it’s A pretty safe quiet complex. Nani with the leasing staff is the most amazing!

I really enjoy living here. I love my 2 b/2 b. It's so cute and cozy. However, it wasn't painted well before I moved in, and my carpet in my bedroom needs to be replaced badly. Huge stains are surfacing and I'm being told it just needs to be cleaned and "stretched". The maintenance guys, Arnold and Damione, are awesome. They are always taking care of everything I need! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience after realizing I’m facing the same recurring issue mentioned by other reviewers. When I moved in last Friday, the AC wasn’t working. I reported the issue immediately to management. Been living here for a few months now and loving it! Starting with the maintenance crew, they are amazing, my sink was leaking and Damione made sure it was fixed within a few hours of putting in the maintenance request. Nani in the leasing office is incredibly sweet and was very transparent throughout the move in process. The complex it always spotless, and I have yet to see any kinds of bugs either, other than some gnats. It’s a quiet neighborhood, mostly families, and the neighbors are friendly.
