From beginning to end the process of applying to signing the lease to move in day Armando had been by my side step by step! Making the entire process stress free and enjoyable. The property is super clean, smart amenities and the view across the street is BREATHTAKING! Armando gracias!!!
Moving here has been such a great experience! From the very beginning, Armando made the process super easy and made sure I felt welcome. He’s always kind, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. The rest of the office team is great too, and maintenance is always on top of things.

Lived here for a year in my first “grown-up” place out of college. I loved everything about it! The staff creates a great sense of community and is always open, responsive and helpful ❤️ I only had to move so that I could be closer to my workplace in central Orlando to avoid a long daily commute. The property is brand new and beautiful right in downtown Kissimmee, so if you’re working local or from home most of the time then commute would be no concern.
