RecommendedWelcome new management!! Beautiful well maintained pool area. During winters months lots of activities at clubhouse. Neighbors care for one another. River bank a lovely place to watch the sunset from your golf cart or from the fire pit. Lot rent is reasonable when you compare the amenities provided to other locations in the community. I am a full-time RVer staying here. This place is beyond wonderful. People are unbelievably friendly and the events are fun. The pool is wonderful. With regards to the water, there was a main water break - it happens everywhere. You cannot beat the location on the river, the pool, the people, or the overall atmosphere.

such a wonderful place to stay Frank and I were married along the river back by the club house.Going to visit a lot when we retire love this quiet getaway.
not paying rent till the virus is over
moss landing, while a very pretty place is not well maintained. the water has been shut off without notice multiple times in the past 2 months. while people happily waive no one has been very welcoming. the clubhouse is nice but when you go to a group event if you are an RVer you are shunned. the people who are running the activities have not even offered a smile. we will not be returning.
