RecommendedWelcome new management!! Beautiful well maintained pool area. During winters months lots of activities at clubhouse. Neighbors care for one another. River bank a lovely place to watch the sunset from your golf cart or from the fire pit. Lot rent is reasonable when you compare the amenities provided to other locations in the community. Check out the pictures, it’s really a relaxing community. I hate to tack this on to all my recommendations but my only complaint is the lack of enforcing the 55+ age. I am a full-time RVer staying here. This place is beyond wonderful. People are unbelievably friendly and the events are fun. The pool is wonderful. With regards to the water, there was a main water break - it happens everywhere. You cannot beat the location on the river, the pool, the people, or the overall atmosphere.
