Great shop, knowledgeable staff who love working on German cars. Priced fairly and far below dealership pricing, but the mechanics are trained just as well (maybe better) than those at the dealership. Worked with me on a custom request and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Great service done quickly. They know old Volkswagens. I had a bad oil pressure sensor and they actually had them in stock. Car was fixed the day after we had it towed there.
Worked with Aaron on servicing a 2015 A3. Needed a new water pump, thermostat, radiator and coupling. I cannot speak enough of their willingness to offer superior service at a reasonable price. Thankful for their presence in the greater Columbus area. I would recommend them and I will be using their services in the future!
New to the area and needed to find a place to service my VW in a pinch. Called half a dozen shops, and Motorkars was the one that went above and beyond, providing transparent and quick service. Highly recommend!
Had some services performed and got a quote for several others. As far as I know oil change and brake flush were done fine, though not cheaply. Quote for other services seemed high. After leaving the shop, my hood was left unlatched, which I discovered after it started shaking on the highway.
