If you are looking to waste your time then this is the place for you. What a tremendous waste of my time. I took my valuable time to stop in, during the day, to get an estimate on getting some work done to my Audi. I was the only one in the office at the time. I was met by a very pleasant $15.00 an hour receptionist/cashier and told that the labor rate would be $250.00 per hour. She would supply me with an estimate. I just wanted to drop a review and say that Ashley at Motorkars is a true professional. Our VW was having some issues and we were looking for a second opinion. Ashley was quick to help get the process started. Ultimately, our car was repaired at the dealer (due to warranty coverage after some push back on my end) but Ashley was extremely helpful with trying to get us a quote. While our car was never even on their property for a repair, I was impressed. Motorkars will be a place we use in future.

Great shop, knowledgeable staff who love working on German cars. Priced fairly and far below dealership pricing, but the mechanics are trained just as well (maybe better) than those at the dealership. Worked with me on a custom request and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Worked with Aaron on servicing a 2015 A3. Needed a new water pump, thermostat, radiator and coupling. I cannot speak enough of their willingness to offer superior service at a reasonable price. Thankful for their presence in the greater Columbus area. I would recommend them and I will be using their services in the future!
