Took my 2012 BMW F650gs in to be serviced. The service shop provided me a price quote before hand and that was the price I paid. The best part is they have a loaner bike if you still need to get around. I like the feel of the shop and the staff are friendly. You can tell when the shop is run by enthusiasts. This is a top notch place and I will be back again for my next service or if I need to order any parts.
Took my 15’ F800 GSA there and it’s been a nightmare. After 4 months to fix the motor, it is on to another dealership. I called every week for details and received very little information. I called Customer Service to have it taken elsewhere. There are over 30,000 F800s in North America. If you have any sense at all, don’t take the risk... it’s been 5 months now and in the end, not worth it at all. No loaner bike, no bike to ride and no clue whatsoever... the pain of it all has me moving to other brands, but especially other... read more
