Just completed my first purchase with Motoworks Chicago. It was a great experience. Nina and Margaret were awesome to work with, they really rolled out the red carpet and made me feel special. Thank you both and everyone I didn’t get to formally meet, it was worth the 5 hour drive!
Came in to look at a motorcycle , Nina was awesome , fun to talk too ! No pressure ! Beautiful bike at a fair price ! Cool looking building inside ! From greeting to end it was a great experience! Rest of the team was awesome as they help me load it up and get it ready to take home .
My experience with Motoworks was overall ok. Some good and bad elements but overall not great, but not terrible. And to be fair, that is a better experience than the stereotypical vehicle dealership, so 4 stars. I won’t go out of my way to buy here again, but I won’t specifically avoid it either. The good: Super friendly staff. Very nice shop. Very well organized. Good inventory. No big stack of line items to up the out the door price. Bought a Triumph from these guys in 2022, just traded it in for a new Tiger Sport 800. Jon and Margaret couldn't be more helpful. The process was streamlined, and the dealership is a comfortable plcce to hang out while they get everything set up. Incredible selection of top end motorcycles.
