Had a good experience here. Already had looked at pictures and YouTube videos of the bike I was most interested in, and when they started it up for me and I got to sit on it and plant my feet on the ground I was sold. Didn't feel pushed into buying something I didn't absolutely have my heart set on. Only sad part is the day I picked my bike up it was a wee bit chilly to go on any extended ride, but the 20 minute ride home was nice. I’m more then happy to continue doing business with this motorcycle dealership. This is my second time buying motorcycle from them and honestly is one of the motorcycle dealers that the entire stuff are really kind and friendly, also Matt one of the super sales person helped me a lot on the entire purchase. Including Ryan one of the managers, I highly recommend this cycle dealership

I purchased a 2022 Triumph Tiger Rally Pro. I received excellent customer service, willingness to work with my budget, and a clean comfortable environment. Staff was all very friendly and fun. Service department is friendly and responsive. Would buy from them again.

Good experience buying a pre-owned BMW. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. I contacted them by phone about a BMW I was interested in. I made the drive from MN a couple days later to pick it up, and was very impressed with the bike and the level of service, and have had no regrets about my purchase.

I had a great experience at Windy City Triumph. Ross was my sales person, and he was great. JB was great, too. I really felt like I was part of the family when I was there. TC has been great, too. I wish I lived closer: I drove four hours to buy a bike from them!
