Steve helped me in purchasing my first home, and was very helpful to a first time buyer. He made a lasting impression and even helped us with the purchase of our next home. After dealing with other lenders, I can honestly say he goes above and beyond - truly one of the best in the business. He spends the time to ensure you feel you are being taken care of and understand the big picture - which is essential with such a large investment like a home!

Steve was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer I had many questions that Steve explained and made sure I fully understood. Two years, many emails/calls and multiple offers made, Steve was extremely prompt and responsive during the entire process. I never felt like the ball was dropped even during my lightning fast closing. I would highly recommend working with Steve and Motto Mortgage!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Steve Gerding. As a first time homebuyer, there are always parts of the process that are difficult, but that was not the case with Steve. Steve and Tom at Motto Mortgage Above & Beyond stayed true to the company name. They truly went above & beyond our expectations.
