If I could rate with minus 10 stars, I would. I had to find another lender as their lender could not make it happen with the purchase of our new home. Our closing was changed twice before I got a new lender. Waited 3 months to get into our new home. Promises made there not kept. Horrible communication. Broker doesn’t answer or return calls. I left calls, text messages and emails that were never returned or not returned when promised. Kept putting us off. He knew he couldn’t make it happen yet we trusted him and waited week... read more

Our deal with Motto was supposed to close back on July 25th and currently we are still not closed. They have done nothing but continue to extend closing. This is a constant reoccurrence with them. If you want to close on time look elsewhere.

Like others, I had an extremely poor experience with this company, along with the real estate team and closing company. Upon researching them, Steven Myers owns Urban Cool Homes, Motto Mortgage Charged, and Capital Title. They’re all terrible. Poor service, unkempt employees, very very weird dimly lit closing room with no signs to lead you there along with a strong bad smell, unprepared closer without closing papers prepared ahead of time, delayed closing because of the loan team and relator, no one answers calls or emails, ... read more

Out of the three houses I have purchased in my life this is the worst experience I have ever had. Miscommunication is Huge! We were not told some things and were told wrong about others. They do not listen any better than they speak. Felt like we were being sold snake oil and taken advantage of. We almost went with someone else but chose to give them a chance. Really wish we had switched! Run the opposite direction! They work with Urban Cool Homes. DO NOT RECOMMENDED EITHER ONE!

This Company is very very bogus and horrible at any communication let alone getting your lone processed successfully and correct. They are out for themselves and how much money they can get out of you. Taylor Cross is the main broker/lender here and is very known in Kansas for not being able to close on any loans which means you are most likely going to get the run around and have your closing dates changed multiple times!
