Our loan agent was Steve Medina and given that we were buying in September, when rates were so CRAZY, he was incredibly important to us!! He somehow found a lender with rates that are even better than what is out there now! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable of the process and the market and always available. I think he's helped us buy our forever home, but if we do move, he'll be one of our first calls!
