David Sadek and his team assisted me with my first home purchase. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, availability, rapid response time and subject manner expertise. I have been rejected by other brokers due to the fact that I’m self employed. David completely guided me in the right direction and willingly spends additional time explaining the rationale behind each recommendation. Bad reputation company. I would rather not give one star. David the owner was introduced by my broker to help home loan. Confirmed with me 4s on Feb 9. Then followed David and broke guide . I signed contract. Hire attorney. Paid bank service fee. Paid deposit paid inspection fee. But after waiting for 60 days before 11 days to closing day on April 8. David told me you were not approved. He has a bank offer 5.875. Recommend I can accept high rate. I refused and Asked for denial letter on April 8. Before 2 days to losing days ... read more
