Rented a unit to store household items recently. We were helped by Roger the owner; We asked to see the climate controlled units and was very impressed. The units were new and clean. We watched it being built over the past several months. Reasonable rates and close distance to our home/Moulton. Really appreciate the courtesy we were shown during the process.
By far the best check in experience I’ve ever had as a new customer in a storage facility. Roger the manager is helpful and willing to do whatever he can to make your business with them feel like it matters. 5 star service and then some
Highly recommend! Super secure and well lit and great management. The prices are super reasonable overall a great place to you won’t be disappointed with it. It’s one of the nicest in the area.
Very friendly staff and reasonably priced storage! Roger has done an excellent job with helping recommend an appropriately sized unit and helping answer all of our questions! These units are new and in great condition. Will continue to use and would highly recommend.
This place is poorly managed. My boyfriend was vacating his unit and asked to be taken off auto pay. He was paid up till the 1st of the month. The next day which was a Saturday he went to empty it out and was locked out. His code was disabled and they sent him a receipt that said the unit was empty. He made calls and left messages on their voicemail which they never bothered to return.
