By far the best check in experience I’ve ever had as a new customer in a storage facility. Roger the manager is helpful and willing to do whatever he can to make your business with them feel like it matters. 5 star service and then some
Roger was great to work with! Great customer service, nice & clean units. There are surveillance cameras & gate/door codes are issued.
Highly recommend! Super secure and well lit and great management. The prices are super reasonable overall a great place to you won’t be disappointed with it. It’s one of the nicest in the area.
This place is poorly managed. My boyfriend was vacating his unit and asked to be taken off auto pay. He was paid up till the 1st of the month. The next day which was a Saturday he went to empty it out and was locked out. His code was disabled and they sent him a receipt that said the unit was empty. He made calls and left messages on their voicemail which they never bothered to return. This storage unit is in great location in Moulton, Al. We have a climate controlled unit. Lots of space for large truck and trailer and very well lit. Getting the unit and move in was a breeze. Very kind and helpful people. I definitely recommend
